Our family, , wants to welcome you to the house which has been our home for the last 200 years.

This house has been in the ownership of four generations of the same family, each one bringing his own personal touch and adapting it to different uses (farming animals, agriculture etc.), yet always respecting the style and traditional values of the island of Ibiza.

Since 2006 the present owners, after a major restoration, have been offering their home for rent.

In return our guests have helped us with their opinions and suggestions on how to improve our service every day.

To give a really personal service to our guests, we deal with the general maintenance and running of our home ourselves.

 Finca Mari is a typical Ibicencan house of 400 m² in rustic farmhouse style situated in the north of the island and surrounded by orange groves contained within grounds of 100,000 m² and with ample room for up to eleven people

Restorations and alterations made in 2006 included added extensions and more rooms, while preserving the original roofs of Sabina wood characteristic of Ibiza style. Thick walls, which maintain a pleasant temperature during the summer months, deem it unnecessary for the use of air-conditioning.

The main road to the small village of San Miguel is nearby and links the home to the rest of the island, for example, three minutes to the famous village of Santa Gertrudis, 15 minutes to Ibiza town and 20 minutes to the airport. Here you will be able to enjoy privacy and comfort in the middle of the ibicencan countryside.

A few kilometers from the house you can enjoy yourself on magnificent beaches like Benirras or Puerto de San Miguel where you can enjoy a variety of nautical sports like water skiing, diving etc. The area is much loved by people who ‘like to be close to nature‘ and who also might enjoy cycling, walking or horseback riding.

In the village of San Miguel, which is situated 1.5 km from the villa, you will find all types of shops including supermarkets, a fresh butchers, a chemist, a doctor, a post office, a hairdresser and a beauty parlour, to name but a few.

Every Thursday evening during the summer months you can enjoy yourselves at the local, traditional dancing display and the artesan market, which sells handicrafts and products typical of the area.
