On the south side of a hill overlooking the bay of Santa Eulalia, the Casa Can Vicente Maderus villa is surrounded by pine trees in protected woodlands just two kilometers from the beach and 1.4 from the town’s shopping centre.
This is a new construction, built following the style of Ibicencan architecture, ideal for those looking for peace and tranquility. The two storey house is very practical, spacious, and has many high quality features, including insulation against the high temperatures in the summer months, however, the house is fully air conditioned (hot and cold).

There is a kidney shaped 11.5 metre swimming pool with fountains and waterfalls.

To get there, follow the road from Ibiza to Santa Eulalia. Turn left at the roundabout before entering Santa Eulalia, then left at the next roundabout towards Can Guasch. Follow the road for 600 metres then turn right up a country lane and follow this until you reach the electric gates with a woodpecker feature.

You’ll get a taste of the VIP lifestyle when you stay at the Villa Can Maderus. For starters, this place is as secluded as they come – it’s cocooned by pine trees and protected woodland. Plus, you can only access the property through remote-controlled gates, so you won’t have to share your slice of the White Isle with anybody.

Outside, a kidney-shaped swimming pool, designed to look like a natural oasis, is framed by landscaped gardens and lolling palms. There’s also an al fresco eating area with a barbecue. And, thanks to the villa’s hillside setting, you’ll find seamless views of Santa Eulalia beach at every turn.

The villa itself is textbook Ibicencan – think whitewashed walls, exposed stonework, arched entrances and lots of curves. Inside you’ll find a rustic scene with exposed beam ceilings, terracotta tiled floors and cosy feature fireplaces.

Despite the traditional appearance, the mod cons come thick and fast here. There’s free Wi-Fi and a stereo system that lets you listen to your music both inside and out. What’s more, underfloor heating and air-conditioning will keep you comfortable all year round.

When you want to get out and about, it’s just a five-minute drive to the bars and restaurants of Santa Eulalia and only slightly further to the beach. Meanwhile the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ibiza Town is just 15 minutes away by car.
