Casa Ramone is beautifully situated in the hills above San Augustin. With a great view to the sea and walking distance from the idyllic hamlet of San Agustin. This villa really is an ideal place for enjoying the beautiful island of Ibiza.

The house easily accommodates two families, with plenty of separate hangout areas. The house has two fully equipped kitchens and the two guest apartments both have their own kitchenette too.

Casa Ramone was built with high quality materials and has a warm and authentic Ibizan charm to it.

San Augustin has two good restaurants, a Spar (for groceries) and is within a 5 minute drive of the lovely town of San José.

The airport & Ibiza town are less than 20 minutes drive away and some fabulous beaches, like Cala Bassa are just a few minutes away.

The house is located alongside one of the island’s most extreme mountain bike routes (12), but there are many easier ways to exercise, for example a quiet walk in Benimussa.
