The San Carlos Residence is a recently refurbished, completely private, spacious family villa set on three levels with several terraces overlooking the village of San Carlos on the north-eastern coast of the island. As it stands on the side of a hill at the top of the valley it commands fabulous views down the valley to the nearby bustling market town of Santa Eulalia. Being south facing the property has the benefit of sun all day and spectacular sunsets.

This family villa has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and sleeps 11/12 comfortably. From the villa there are steps leading down to the lovely swimming pool (8m x 4m) which is surrounded by beautiful plants, trees flowers, comfortable sun loungers with pool towels, BBQ, dining and chill out areas.

On the upper ground floor there is a large lounge with piano; a shower room with WC; separate dining and sitting room; double bedroom; well equipped kitchen with doors leading out to a large covered outside dining area and terrace offering great views.

The first floor has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room; a twin bedded room a triple bedded room and a large family bathroom.

All bedrooms have patio doors opening to a huge open terrace with sweeping countryside views. There is also a separate guest studio for two, with kitchen; bathroom and a separate entrance.

Bathroom 5 – shower room and WC on poolside

Kitchen: Fully equipped traditional wooden kitchen with granite work surfaces and all appliances; doors open onto the terrace where there is a large outside dining area surrounded by colourful red geraniums.

Living Rooms: The spacious living room is located on the upper ground floor, with piano and three large windows. There is a second sitting/dining room.

Other: There is a separate lower ground floor studio apartment which is self contained, double bed, kitchenette and bathroom.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: End of stay clean is included with change of bed linen and towels. Extra cleaning is available at an extra cost. Beach towels are also included.

There are stairs to the property and to the pool, which may make it unsuitable for those with mobility problems.

Outside: Swimming pool with large shaded seating area.

Sunbathing areas with comfortable loungers and pool towels.
