This beautiful and spacious holiday villa overlooks the coastline of the west of the island, where the best sunsets are to be found. It is situated in a quiet residential area and offers total privacy, whilst being only 800 m from Calo d’en Real beach and 1.5 km from the romantic bay of Cala Vadella.

The house itself has a living area of 350 m² built on a plot of 3,500 m². It was built and fitted out to a very high standard and offers an extremely comfortable environment for 8 people with four spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.

Downstairs, through the entrance hall, one enters a spacious living room with a large separate dining room, a large and fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), a guest toilet and laundry facilities, including a tumble dryer.

The living room contains a large flat screen Satellite TV, a stereo system with an iPod dock and the wifi internet connection.

Outside there is a 6 x 12 m swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and a covered outside dining area with fabulous sea views. Upstairs the bedrooms access extensive balcony terraces all with sea views out over the large garden of fruit trees.

The house has air conditioning throughout and the benefit of under floor central heating, which means that it is available to rent all year round. There is a large safe for your valuables, a burglar alarm and an electric entrance gate for further peace of mind.

There is a maid service once a week to change the towels and sheets. Pool towels are provided too, as are extra beds, if required.
