Villa Heaven is a luxurious, modern and stylish villa with five bedrooms and four guesthouses in the heart of Ibiza, between San Rafael and Santa Gertrudis. The villa consists of a main house of 1.000m2, that can accommodate 10 persons comfortably, with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.  A further 10 people can be accommodated in the 4 guesthouses, making a total capacity of 20.

The villa, built on two floors surrounded by a 12,000m2 fenced garden and palm trees, proves very comfortable for larger groups, because it has ample sleeping capacity. The various chill-out and dining are perfect for dinner/parties around the swimming pool or inside in the big living room areas. Everything in the villa has been thought through with accommodating up to 22 people in mind. This enables guests to relax on their own in the big bedrooms or share fun and entertainment with their friends around the swimming pool or on the lovely terraces overlooking the peaceful mountains of San Rafael.

Main House (Sleeps 10 pax)

1 Master Bedroom with double bed + another bedroom (annex) with 2 single beds with 1 big bathroom with Jacuzzi;
1 Bedroom with double bed or single beds with bathroom en-suite; 1 Bedroom with double bed or single beds with bathroom en suite; 1 Bedroom with double bed or single beds with bathroom en suite.

Besides the main house, the property has 4 independent apartments (40 to 70m2), of which 3 have a double room, the other has 2 bedrooms.

VILLA FACILITIES

All of the bedrooms in the main house are luxuriously equipped and furnished with air conditioning, heating radiators, alarm system, Internet and satellite television, safe, doorknob with combination lock;
4 bedrooms have a terrace with a view overlooking the mountains;
On the ground floor there is a living room, an ultramodern kitchen with the full range of appliances, a service bathroom, a safe room, a dining room with a dining table for 10 pax and a laundry room;
In the living room there are sofas for 10 people, a plasma television, console DJ audio system and colourful LED lighting
There is an interior dining table (next to the kitchen) for 10 people and an exterior dining table (outside the kitchen) for 10 people and wireless Internet throughout the entire property;
The entire house is supplied with filtered water;

Outside:

Swimming Pool (14m x6m) with 20 sunbeds and 10 beach umbrellas;
Exterior Bar with colorful LED for cocktail times;
Gazebo House, fireplace for BBQ and dining table for 20 pax, ideal for an elegant or casual dinner party;
