Can Cosmi is a newly renovated, traditional, five bedroom, country farmhouse within easy walking distance of Es Canar with its shops, bars, restaurants and lovely beach. The villa is set in 65,000 m2 of olive groves, as this is the home of the ‘Can Cosmi’ ‘home grown’ Brand of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. However, the garden area is extensive and has been carefully cultivated by the owners who used to run a garden centre on the mainland.

From Can Cosmi’s bedrooms you will actually get a glimpse of the sea through the trees because, despite the fact that the house is almost at sea level. The nearby beach of Cala Martina is even closer than the main beach of Es Canar and the coastline between Es Canar and nearby Santa Eulalia includes many of the finest beaches on the island – all within walking distance…
