Can Eulalia is a typical 300 year old Ibizan finca with over 300 m2 of living area that has been tastefully renovated whilst maintaining the original style of old Ibiza. It is located at the head of the Morna Valley in the northwest of the island near to the hamlet of Sant Llorenç de Balàfia. This is a tiny village close to the town of Sant Joan de Labritja and typifies the beauty of the heart of the island, from the typical houses and people, to the calm that permeates each corner of the village. The iconic Ses Balafia Towers are one of the enduring images of the island. It is also close to the Restaurant Mile (the road to San Juan) and the secluded beaches of Ibiza’s north.
Can Eulalia sleeps up to 12 adults and 4 children in the modern comforts and large spaces of a luxury home combined with the original stone flooring, typical wooden beams and thick walls.
Altogether there are six air conditioned bedrooms, six with double beds and one with twin beds supported by five bathrooms. Outside there are three large terraces, a huge swimming pool (5 x 10 metres) and a barbecue.
The main house has four double bedrooms, two en-suite and two sharing a bathroom. The additional annexe has two double bedrooms and a bathroom, whilst the additional studio has a small kitchenette and a bathroom.
