Can Murenu is a typical 19^th Century Ibiza country farmhouse located at the head of the Morna Valley and close to the village of Sant Llorenç de Balàfia, in the north of Ibiza. It is also just 500 metres from the Cana Pepita restaurant, which marks the start of a stretch of road known locally as the Restaurant Mile. Along this stretch of road you will find over a dozen of the best known of Ibiza’s restaurants, including Bambuddha Grove, Sacca (formerly Aura) and Nagai alongside a selection specialising in typical Ibizan cuisine. This being the East coast of the island, there are also many beautiful beaches within 15 mins drive.

The farmhouse features the typical thick walls, large rooms and Sabina beams of the island, perfectly exemplified by the large ‘entrada’ furnished in a traditional style, but with the modern touches one might expect: Sat-TV, DVD and a stereo system incorporating an iPod dock.

Leading off from this main living room are a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, with a traditional bread oven in a lovely adjacent breakfast room, a double bedroom and the ground floor bathroom.

Upstairs you find the other 3 bedrooms, including the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share another bathroom.

Outside there is another bathroom and a shower serving the large covered outside terrace and 8 x 4 m swimming pool. A table tennis table, pool table, dartboard and the barbecue complete the entertainment options.

The house also has laundry facilities, Wifi, a safe for valuables and the option of adding an extra bed and cot, if required.
