Casa Jodi

Casa Jodi is in a privileged position on a mountain overlooking Ibiza town. Consequently, it is only a few minutes from the bustling capital of the island, yet an oasis in itself.

This spacious house easily accommodates 12 people. Because Casa Jodi is situated on a mountain there are several floors and levels. All of the rooms are spacious and the layout on different levels allows for privacy and intimacy, even with a large group. An ideal villa for two families through its distribution over two floors with separate entrances to the living room.

The main room (Level 3) is comprised of the entrance, living room, dining area, toilet, kitchen and a washing area. The living room has huge windows providing impressive views of the breathtaking sea, Ibiza town and green hills. In addition, the transition from inside to outside is seamless through a large folding wall. There is also an open fire for the cooler months.

Outside there is a large covered terrace with dining table, barbecue, hammock, lounge area and separate seating area. The living area, including the veranda, can be closed off from the pool deck with a glass sliding partition, making the area safe and child friendly.

One floor below is the pool with a fantastic view out to sea and Ibiza town. The pool area also includes a hot tub, an outdoor shower and lounge beds.

Casa Jodi has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and central heating as well as laundry facilities. It is also equipped with a Sonos sound system with zones; pool, porch and kitchen and a portable speaker. Furthermore, high speed Wi-Fi Internet access is available throughout.

Bedrooms:

Above (level 4) is the master bedroom (with TV and Apple TV) with a stunning view and a separate but adjacent bathroom with bath. On the other side of the bathroom is a double bedroom (with bath, TV and Apple TV). Between them is a door that can be closed for extra privacy, or left open to use the upstairs space as a family residence.

Downstairs (level 2) are two luxury bedrooms (one with bath and TV) and a separate toilet.

At level 1 is a studio that is accessible from the outside with bedroom, bathroom and toilet.

The latest addition is the rooftop penthouse with another bedroom and balcony.
