Villa Rafalet is a brand new luxury villa situated close to the renowned ‘Restaurant Mile’ section of the San Joan road in the municipality of Santa Eulalia, on Ibiza’s East coast. It comprises seven luxurious suites designed in Ibiza’s modern architecture style, combining stone and modern walls, with highest quality creature comforts all laid out at ground floor level, and covering an area of 480 m2. The villa stands in extensive gardens totalling 20,000 sm2.

All seven suites have complete en-suite bathrooms with raindrop showers and views to the outside gardened area. The villa has 2 kitchens (1 inside and 1 outside), a guest’s bathroom, living room, dining room, swimming pool, outdoor barbecue, terraces, garage, laundry room and drying area.

Services:

The swimming pool and surrounding terrace enjoy views down the valley all the way to nearby Santa Eularia and the sea beyond. There are ample sun beds, parasols and outdoor furniture for 14 guests and both inside and outside dining and living room areas that can comfortably cater for 14 guests. There are LCD satellite TVs in the living room and in each of the individual suites, which also have their own Safety deposit boxes.
