Casa Portmany, situated in a very quiet area of San Rafael, is a typical Ibiza-style estate with its own Mediterranean pine forest and fruit, almond and fig trees. It extends to over 170,000 m2 and is an ideal spot for enjoying the peace and tranquility of the countryside. In the meantime, its location in the centre of the island means that you can reach all of the island’s main beauty spots and attractions quickly and easily.

This light and airy, spacious villa was completely restored in 2008 and has been continually improved each year since then to provide the very best in comfort for guests.

Casa Portmany covers 180 m2 (terraces not included) spread over two floors, and comfortably sleeps 8 people. It has the benefit of an intruder alarm, ADSL Wifi internet, air conditioning and heating. The accommodation comprises living/dining room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, garden area and swimming pool.

All four bedrooms have air conditioning incorporating heating, while three also have ceiling fans. There are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms.

There are two bathrooms; one has a large bath, separate shower cubicle, wash basin, WC and hairdryer, the second has a large shower cubicle, wash basin, WC and bidet.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a 90 cm 5-ring induction hob, large oven and ample crockery and pots and pans to cater for a dozen.

A lower terrace features a garden table and chairs for eight people, the upper terrace is set out with rattan Chill Out sofas. Both enjoy panoramic views over the outdoor area, which includes a barbecue, 2,000m2 of landscaped garden and lawns, and the surrounding countryside. The swimming pool is a generous 6 x 12 metres and, for the younger kids, the villa has a cot, highchair and children’s toys available on request.
