All materials are top quality. The apartment has a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a living-dining room with sofa bed for two more people. The property is surrounded by land and trees that give it great privacy. The pool is equipped with sun beds, shower and other outdoor furniture.

The house is located: 3km from the village of Jesus, 4km from Marina Botafoch, Pacha and Lio, 5km from Ibiza town, 8km from Santa Gertrudis, 9km San Rafael (Amnesia and Privilege), 8km from Platja d’en Bossa.

Considerations:

Use of air conditioning systems and heating: We have installed heating and cooling systems throughout the house for your comfort, we only ask our guests to make efficient use of them and enjoy the natural and healthy air of the island.

We ask that if you are not going to be home during the day please switch off cooling systems and heaters.

Use of linens and towels: we ask our guests to make use of linen and towels, as they would do in their homes and avoid using towels to remove makeup for example, because this makes us use harsh detergents that will inevitably have an impact on the environment of the island.

Check-out cleaning is already paid for by the guest before check-in. The paid fee does

not cover any extra cleaning. Upon checkout if the house and linens are stained and/or damaged regrettably, we will have to charge a premium to your bill.

Parties and music: The property is situated in a very quiet area, which allows our guests enjoy complete privacy. Tranquility and privacy is reciprocated throughout the neighbourhood. In the event of gatherings in the outside area of the house we kindly request that you keep the volume to a controlled level and to please respect rest timing.
